Returns

  • Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 2 weeks for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and a $10 restocking fee.

  • All refused/returned packages are subject to the same restocking fee.

  • Items must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards and downloadable items.

Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 1 week if your transfers arrive damaged. We will provide instructions for returning them for credit or exchange.

Application Issues

  • If you have application problems, contact us promptly.

  • You must complete our troubleshooting process (including answering questions and providing photos/videos upon request) before we will consider a return or refund.

  • We reserve the right to decline a refund if these steps are not followed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the return is received, inspected, and approved.

  • Credit will be applied to your original payment method within standard processing times.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items reported within 1 week of delivery.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt without it.
